NAMM 2017: Line 6 Variax Shuriken

Line 6 have started 2017 with a bang. Unveiling a brand new progression in their Variax guitar series. Introducing the Shuriken, Line 6's most ambitious instrument to date, the Shuriken is the result of intense collaboration between Line 6, Yamaha Guitar Development, and 12 Foot Ninja guitarist, Steve “Stevic” MacKay.

The Shuriken features a brand new, bold, modern body shape and a matte black finish, aimed at the heavier player, the guitar comes in a baritone scale length with a single Line 6 designed humbucker in the bridge, making it capable of modern, tight tones, and professional stability in lower tuning.

Coupled with the latest incarnation of Line 6's revolutionary Variax technology, this guitar may look like it's suitable for only one thing, but thanks to it's on-board modelling, this guitar is in fact one of the most versatile on the market.
